Jason is the best! He was patient, transparent, informative, kind, and efficient. After my initial meeting with him, I knew so much more about the vehicle my husband and I were hoping to purchase. Karen Herrera is the best! She was so nice and straight forward. She helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. I went to see one car that I couldn't get. She was so patient while I looked at other vehicles and test drove them. She was very informative about every vehicle. She really knows her stuff. She's not pushy just to get a commission. I’m always skeptical of dealership service departments (because it feels like they try to take advantage of you and your wallet!) but I’m glad I brought my car into City Cadillac.
